Started at quarterback for the Alhambra in 1973.

HONORS / HIGHLIGHTS at RICKS COLLEGE & BRIGHAM YOUNG UNIVERSITY:
Led Ricks College to two ICAC titles and earned all-conference honors.
Two-time NJCAA All-American (honorable mention).
Completed 186 of 359 passes (51.8%) for 2,697 yards and 19 touchdowns in two years at Ricks College.
Backed up two future quarterbacks, Marc Wilson (in 1979) and
Jim McMahon (in 1980) while playing at Brigham Young University.
Completed 59 of 90 passes (65.6%) for 678 yards and six TD’s in two seasons at BYU.

PROFESSIONAL TEAMS:
Oakland Raiders.

PROFESSIONAL TEAM HONORS / HIGHLIGHTS:
Signed with the Oakland Raiders as a free-agent QB in 1982.
Worked at a sports commentator for KBYU-TV from 1985 to 1987.
