Midgets, Sprint Cars, Off-Road Vehicles, Stock Cars, Drag Racing, Sports Cars. 
1960 Became first American to break 400 mph barrier going
406.60 mph at Bonneville Salt Flats, Utah. 
1963 Created “Mickey Thompson Performance Tires” for racing. 
1973 Founded SCORE International: A sanctioning body to oversee Off-road racing across North America. 
Founded “Mickey Thompson Entertainment Group” which brought Off-road racing to major stadiums. 
1990 Inducted into International Motor Sports Hall of Fame. 
Ranks #11 in the top 50 National Hot Rod Association Top Drivers.
